Reviews
I spent my evening with friends here and we had such a lovely time. The service was very welcoming and made suggestions for food. We shared the mazza and they were so yum! The different flavours and textures made it fun to try and everyone had their own favorite. One friend had lamb, another had falafel and one had eggplant in a yoghurt sauce. I had the courgettes in a blackberry-ginger sauce. Everyone of us was happy with their choice and it was so good. We really enjoyed the restaurant and the ambiente from inside is even prettier than the outside. At the end we got some ice cream to try, which was very nice of them. I recommend to come here because I will definitely come back.
This restaurant offers tasty Oriental food, but the customer service needs improvement. The dishes are adjusted to suit the European taste, so they might not be exactly like the original Middle Eastern cuisine. Despite that, the food is good and delicious, making it a decent choice for dinner.
Really good food and staff very friendly!
It is a good Family restaurant mit friendly personals
Average food, bad service!
The waiter came to our table late to get order, the food got ready late, the wrong food was brought, and my drink never came!
incredibly BAD staff. we ordered barbecue food and had to wait for over an hour for our food. we found that they fry the food instead of grilling. However, it said on the menu that it was grilled and the staff did not say that they would fry the meat. moreover, it is mega expensive to eat there. will never come to them again and we had the worst experience there. I warn people especially from Denmark. stay away from this restaurant.
Waited almost an hour for the fish which had no taste. Really disappointing. Chicken and lamb were good and daily menu was good as well.
Baklava boxes are pricy but a nice gift. Ambiece is ok, but next time we would use delivery.
Excellent Oriental (Syrian) food. Also Oriental mindset, be patient if it takes a moment until you are served. The ambience is a little nicer in their other restaurant in St. George, but nice enough. In the summer you can sit outside, and though it's at the street, it's sunny in the afternoon. And did I mention how wonderful the food is? It's not Germanized, but really a unique taste, and really wonderful.
